Post: Fruity Pebbles

CAMPAIGN: Pebbles Playground
Location: Sherway Gardens, Toronto

What we did:

The idea was to set up a Fruity Pebbles Playground for kids between 6 and 13 years of age, in a high footfall area.
Here, we set up a space that was divided into 3 sections: BUILD, CREATE and PLAY. 

 

BUILD: Here, we got children to build various kinds of things, using magnetic tiles and blocks. 

CREATE: Here, kids were encouraged to get their creative juices flowing and create something beautiful. They were provided with a wide variety of stationary and elements (like colors, paints, yarn, glitter, glue, and so on). 

PLAY: Here, kids were encouraged to play some fun games. We installed a life-size Connect 4, a giant Jenga, and a Plinko Board. 

AMPLIFICATION: Other than promoting Fruity Pebbles Playground across social media via Fruity Pebble's handle, we also identified and invited a bunch of kid and mommy bloggers. Here, they engaged with our activation, shot their experience, and promoted it on their respective social media channels, including YouTube. 

An At-Home leg was also added to this campaign. This allowed all those children who couldn't make it to the activation to participate in it from their homes. 100 prize packs will be given to all the winners. 

GIVEAWAYS: This activation has a tiered prizing structure- 10 tokens, 5 tokens, and 2 tokens. Every child that engaged with the activation was given 10 tokens and was encouraged to use their sensibilities and decide whether they wanted to get 1 big prize with 10 tokens or buy a mix of items from the other tiers with the 10 tokens. This was to give kids a sense of how to use money and gratify them for engaging with us. 

On-ground Results: Over 1200 children engaged with this activity over the course of 3 days. 

CAMPAIGN: Infinitely Your Mall Tour

NISSAN: Infiniti

What we did:

The Infinitely You Mall Tour was a 3 city Mall Tour that was designed to make up for the autoshows that Infiniti could not be a part of. We showcased 2 brand new Infiniti models, QX50 Sport and QX60 in 8 malls across the 3 cities. We tracked dealership leads and number of loyalty customers with a giveaway plan that was designed for them. 

Over 4,000 people engaged with this activation over a span of 8 weeks. 

My role included: 
- ​Be the point of contact for vendors and freelancers, managing their expectations, providing updates on campaign progress, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

- Sourcing, distributing and packaging giveaway materials 

- Financial tracking and budgeting 

- Preparing work back schedules, event trackers and training manuals for brand ambassadors 

- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline content 

- Securing insurance depending on the nature of the event

- Hands on support in any other aspect where help was needed

L'OREAL: Garnier

CAMPAIGN: Garnier Vitamin C Micellar Water Sampling Program
Location: Union Station

 

What we did: 

Activated a 2 day sampling program at Union Station. Brand Ambassadors were stationed at the Kiosk on-site where they educated consumers on 3 skin care new products and handed out 20,000 samples of Garnier's new Vitamin C Micellar Water.

 

We saw the high foot traffic at Union Station as the perfect opportunity to share brand message, improve consumer's product and skin care knowledge and build awareness about the new range. 

My role included: 
- Vendor outreach, coordination and payments 

- On-site display set up

- Monitoring the activation and readjusting distribution plan as required
